Spomment (or whatever they’re called)

I have no idea how the spam bots even found me, but Akismet already managed to capture one spam comment attempt. I set this blog up 2 days ago, logged on today and found 1 spam comment attempt. I guess I shouldn’t be too impressed as the spammers seem to always be on top of things, but come on, at least give regular people a chance to check things out before spamming me.
And on that note, what a brilliant plugin Akismet is. It looked at the comment, flagged it, and notified me in the admin section. Very nice!
